The Management Imperative for Leadership Today & Tomorrow

The need for effective managers is unending, especially in today's economic climate. Now more than ever, well developed managers with sharp technical and leadership are needed to lead and support companies through tomorrow’s challenges.

Developing strong leaders to step into executive positions simply is not enough. This, combined with the fact that employees are often geographically dispersed, makes training leaders sometimes even more difficult.

This Need Can Be Fulfilled

Our management and leadership curriculum is available in several formats to address all types of learning styles. These e-learning programs are globally accessible and covers a wide range of skill development topics to build prominent leaders at all levels.

ReadySetPresent provides solutions that are as varied as the work force. Its pertinent content is aligned with business objectives and learning needs all in a cost-effective solution.

E-Learning Excellence in Business Skills Instruction - Competency Based Learning

The School for Managers through ReadySetPresent offers an award-winning business skills development self-paced on-line learning design methodology for effective and self-paced learning. Our instructional design model is based primarily on the proven concepts of self-motivation and performance-based instruction, mastery and the sequencing of instructional activities and strategies. The basis for this model draws heavily from adult learning principles that emphasize learner initiative, self-management and experiential learning. The design of each segment starts with the definition of learner-focused performance objectives and then proceeds to a self-assessment pre-test, the practical how-to information, and implementation of instructional strategies and learning activities appropriate for those objectives. Frequent practice questions, process sheets or exercises, frequently with additional with assessments, all measure learners' knowledge. The conclusion is an action plan to link back to our objectives along with those stated by each participant and a post test to measure their understanding of these skills as presented.
